Production time

Items are made to order, typically within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping

Standard delivery is usually 3–8 business days; express is 2–4. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Because each item is printed on demand, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived flawed or incorrect.

Refunds & replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at woollywear.store@gmail.com with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
